Rick Johnson, General Manager leads the daily operations and management of Direct Mail Systems (DMS). He joined the company in 1985 after 5 years as a Mailing Equipment Service Technician for Val-Pak. Rick initially served in that same capacity for DMS and was later promoted to Director of Production Operations. He has been General Manager since 2006. His blend of account-management experience and knowledge of operations makes him a unique and valuable asset to the firm and its clients. Rick also serves his community as a Board Member for the YMCA of the Suncoast and is a U.S. Navy veteran.
Mike Milligan, Vice President and Senior Account Executive has been a highly productive member of the DMS team for over 19 years and brings over 25 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. Through his consultive practices and value driven business philosophies, Mike delivers a trustworthy, consistent, and responsive client experience. In addition to direct marketing expertise, Mike has a vast background in fundraising, special event planning, and telemarketing. He holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee and has attended Oxford University in Oxford, England under an international Studies Scholarship.
Marcia Powers-Fettinger, Print Shop Manager brings with her almost 30 years of experience in the printing industry and currently heads up the print shop for Direct Mail Systems. Marcia has an extensive background in both web and sheet fed printing. Marcia has been at DMS for 18 years and along the way has held many positions before being promoted to Press Management, such as Digital Prepress Operator, Print Coordinator and Assistant Print Manager to name a few. This solid understanding of our company makes her an important asset in achieving a smooth work flow and a successful record of excellence. Marcia is a dynamic team leader, problem solver and one who we depend on to complete our clients jobs on time.
Margie Gonzalez, Postal Logistics Manager began her career with Direct Mail Systems in 1985. As Postal Logistics Manager, she is in daily contact with USPS officials to ensure compliance with ever-changing rules and regulations and to secure the best rates for DMS clients. Margie also has day-to-day responsibility for the DMS production schedule, ensuring quality control, an efficient work flow and on-time drop dates for our clients’ mail.
Philip Dalimonte, Director of Sales and Marketing brings with him 10 years of business growth experience and a specialization in client relationship development. Having joined DMS late last year, he is the newest member of the Executive Management team. Philip is responsible for the oversight of all sales and marketing initiatives and for driving growth through the adoption of enhanced services and the formation of strategic alliances. Philip, a recent Iraq War Veteran of the United States Marine Corp offers DMS a strong sense of duty that is reflected through his dedication and selfless leadership style, as well as a fresh and unique perspective on the modern business climate. Prior to joining the DMS team, Philip worked as a Sales Consultant in the Healthcare Communication Industry with TeleHealth Services. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business from Empire State College in New York.
